Over the past few decades, QiYoga has improved my health more than I could have ever expected. I now hope to share these practices with all of you.

My unique blend of QiYoga, which brings together the beauty of Yoga and Qigong, helps manage stress, soothe tension, tone muscles and improve mental focus. The holistic self-care remedies based on Ancient Wisdom have brought tremendous relief to my chronic pain caused by arthritis and Sjogren’s syndrome. I now feel ‘young’ in my 60s, and I sincerely hope these practices will help you as well.

My focus is on integrating Chinese medicine self-care techniques, including Qigong, into daily life. While I do not train others to become Chinese medicine doctors -since I am not one myself – my goal is to share techniques that have personally helped me manage and alleviate chronic conditions.

Self-care — particularly through Qigong, along with other techniques and remedies – is an integral part of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). That is the beauty of TCM – it empowers individuals to take an active role in their health. As the Chinese proverb says, “三分治,七分养 (sān fēn zhì, qī fēn yǎng)”—“30% is treatment, 70% is self-care and maintenance.” I strive to embody this principle in my practice and teaching.
